Impact & Mental Health

The past year has had a significant impact on our day-to-day lives and mental health; it is difficult to see a light at the end of the tunnel, when life is so unpredictable and overwhelming. These artists have shown that creativity is an important way of expressing thoughts and feelings about our current ever-changing situation. Emotions are not always easy to describe, but in this case a picture really does speak a thousand words.
