Please pay for your submissions in advance of the artwork submission days by Bank Transfer (BACS). The BACS information is found in the submission guidelines document above, and upon submission of the form below. We are now charged for making cash and cheque deposits at the bank. Please fill in the form by midnight on Saturday 8 November to register your submissions for the Heseltine Gallery Open Exhibition 2026.
New for this year: The Heseltine Gallery is supported entirely by volunteers, from committee members to stewards and leaflet distributors etc. In order to put on a large open exhibition we now need to ask for your support to help make this exhibition a success. Please volunteer your time by indicating a role / date you will be available. We do recognise this will not be possible for everyone, but if we do not get enough volunteers then the exhibition may not be able to go ahead. Volunteer roles will be confirmed once all online submissions have been received. Thank you in advance for your support.

By submitting the information in this form you agree to the following: you have read the separate guidelines document and understand and agree to abide by the terms; all submitted works are less than one square metre (2D) or one cubic metre (3D) and have not been shown previously in the Heseltine Gallery.
