Submissions to the Heseltine Open 2025 are now closed.

Please remember pay for your submissions in advance of the artwork submission days by Bank Transfer (BACS). The BACS information is found in the submission guidelines document above, and upon submission of the form below. We are now charged for making cash and cheque deposits at the bank. If you are unable to pay by BACS please email friends@theheseltinegallery.org.uk

The artwork drop-off days are Monday 17 November, 11am – 6pm and Tuesday 18 November, 10am – 4pm.

Gallery Access: Chenderit School is a closed site during school hours (9am to 3pm) and the pedestrian gates on Archery Road and from the school car park are access-controlled. Please use the intercom on the gates to speak to the school reception, so that they can 'buzz you in' and then follow the signs to the Heseltine Gallery. 

Handy hint: if you have any large or heavy artworks, you might find it easier to deliver them outside school hours, when the gates are open.
