Calling All Artists! Submit now for the Heseltine Open 2026

Submissions for the Heseltine Open Exhibition 2026 are now open!

A celebration of local art, this open exhibition will showcase professional and emerging artists working in all mediums, including photography. Read on for more details of the exhibition criteria and details of how to submit.

22 November – 13 December

Open Weekdays 10am – 4pm and Sundays 11am – 3pm

Admission free

Artists should be local enough to the Heseltine Gallery to be able to deliver and collect work, as well as being available to donate a small amount of their time to make the exhibition a success*.

Submissions close at midnight on 8th November 2026 and, as with previous years all submissions are via a simple online form.

Free submissions for youth entries (11-18); £7.50 per item for non-members; and £6 per item for members of the Friends of the Heseltine Gallery. Up to 3 entries per artist, at least one must be for sale (excludes Youth Entries).

Artwork should be delivered in person to the gallery on Monday 16 November 11am – 6pm or Tuesday 17 November 10am – 4pm.
